About the JARVIS Project
JARVIS is a Horizon Europe-funded project focused on accelerating the adoption of AI-powered human-robot collaboration (HRC) within European industry. The project integrates robotics, artificial intelligence, and automation modules aiming to boost productivity, flexibility, and safety on the factory floor by enabling seamless interaction between humans and machines.
The JARVIS Open Calls provide funding and support to third parties developing and validating cutting-edge HRC solutions. The second open call is structured in two tracks:
Co-development track, addressed to individuals or micro-consortia of max two partners, invites for modules that will be used as add-ons in the existing JARVIS pilots, enhancing perception, reasoning, or interaction capabilities.
External Pilots track, addressed to consortia of 2-3 partners who will demonstrate human-robot collaboration/interaction in application domains different from the ones already covered by JARVIS (automotive, aeronautics, oil & gas, nuclear plants’ dismantling).
Application Timeline
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Call opens: Monday 4 May 2026.
First cut-off (Co-development track): Thursday 4 June 2026, 17:00 CET. Applicants wishing to be considered for the Co-development track must apply by this date.
Final deadline (External Pilots track): Friday 10 July 2026, 17:00 CET. Applications received between 5 June and 10 July 2026 will be considered for the External Pilots track.
Availability windows for selected evaluators (part-time, remote):
