Timeline:
Submission to the JARVIS OC1 for External Pilots is open between the 5th of March 2025, 00:00 CET and the 5th of May 2025, 17:00 CET.
After the evaluation and contracting phases, the selected consortia will enter the implementation stages, divided into three sprints:
SPRINT 1 (2 months): 1st September – 31st October 2025 The starting phase of the projects, focusing on planning and initial developments. Consortia must refine project plans and align their strategies with JARVIS objectives.
SPRINT 2 (6 months): 1st November 2025 – 30th April 2026 The core phase. Consortia will focus on executing the planned activities, testing solutions, and achieving mid-term objectives.
SPRINT 3 (2 months): 1st May – 30th June 2026 The final phase, concentrating on delivering results, validating outcomes, and preparing comprehensive reports for project closure.
Dates for the different phases are outlined above but may be subject to change if modifications in the project’s schedule occur.

Eligibility Consortia:
Comprising 2–3 organisations, including a mandatory Technology Adopter (End-user) and a Technology Developer/Integrator (SME or start-up).
Both consortium coordinators and members will be considered eligible for JARVIS open call if it complies will ALL the following rules:
I. It is a legal entity established and based in one of the EU Member States or a Horizon Europe Associated country as defined in Horizon Europe rules for participation.
II. It is an industry party interested in piloting the developed tools or an IT technology provider for system integration or a research organisation (providing technology/ expertise).
III. Applicants should be able to prove their financial stability and capacity and pass any financial check required by the European Commission, including Financial capacity assessment.
IV. SMEs and Start-up will also be considered eligible, though it should have been established at least one year before the submission of the application.
V. Have not been convicted for fraudulent behaviours, other financial irregularities, unethical or illegal business practices.
VI. Are not under liquidation or an enterprise under difficulty according to the Commission Regulation No 651/2014 art. 2.18.
