The objective of this track is to enhance the JARVIS framework by developing new modular HRI technologies, validating advanced collaborative robotics components up to TRL6, and accelerating their uptake in real industrial environments.

Eligibility criteria:

To be eligible, the consortium must include partners covering the following profiles: Developer/Integrator, represented by max. 2.

  • Lead Partner to be Technology Developer/Integrator responsible for core development and technical integration into the JARVIS framework.
  • Second partner (optional) to be another Tech Startup or SME complementing the consortium with technical expertise or integration capabilities.

Additional requirements: 

  • Organisations must be legally established in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country 
  • A valid VAT number (or equivalent) is required 
  • Startups and SMEs must be established for at least one year

Evaluation procedure

Applications will be evaluated through a three-step process

  1. Eligibility Check
  2. External Expert Evaluation – independent experts evaluate proposals based on innovation, technical approach, impact, and team capacity
  3. Online Interview – shortlisted applicants present their proposal and answer questions from the JARVIS evaluation team

What happens after selection?

Selected projects will enter a contracting phase, where administrative and legal documents are verified. Successful applicants will then sign a Sub-Grant Agreement (SGA) with the JARVIS consortium. Projects will follow a structured programme with three development sprints.
